For our Unit 1 healthy living, we had Pilates with Aisha`s mom. she teached us how to show good posture and some basic moves of Pilates. Yes it`s true that our muscles hurt while we were doing it, well it`s because we stretch them but, if we do it everyday, it can make your body more flexible.
